Comments: A goal from perhaps Arsenal's most consistent player, Kolo Toure, gives them the advantage going into the second leg. The athleticism of Eboue, defensive play of Toure and Gilberto Silva, skill of Fabregas and class of Henry looks like securing Arsenal a first Champions League Final appearance. Villarreal lacked the killer instinct up front, although the creativity of Riquelme was admirable.
